- Be in attendance for initial site meetings with builders or trades. Asking questions on your behalf
- Progress visits to inspect work done, pre-empt problems and check quality to ensure it's fixed before it's too late

Consultation- £120
Firstly, we listen to exactly what you want to achieve. We can then advise on the practicalities of what can be done and what else may benefit the project. We can go through all the various options available to you and discuss layout, plumbing, electrics and finishes to make sure they best suit your needs. We can produce a basic budget and plan and advise on next steps, including appointing architects/trade contractors etc. We aim to answer any questions you have, no matter how small, to put your mind at ease.
