We went through various refurbishment options, pricing each one up and gaining local market advice from estate agents. A key concern was the roof leak, so we arranged a professional roof inspection and to put everyone at ease a full level 3 building survey was carried out.
We were able to address the main concerns methodically, giving them confidence in what was required. Armed with this information they were able to reach a consensus on the next step and the subsequent sale.
